This is a natural product and may contain small stones - wash and sort before use. Long soaking - soak the beans in a bowl of water at room temperature, overnight or for 8-10 hours. Don't soak for longer than 12 hours, or the beans will lose their texture and flavour.
Quick-soaking - Put the beans in a pan of water, bring to the boil and simmer for 2 minutes. Take off the heat, cover and stand for 1 hour. Discard the water and cook the beans as per your recipe."
