Ethiopia Coffee Beans

The Ngelle Gorbitu cooperative in the Yirgacheffe region Ethiopia, produces sensational coffee at very high altitudes. The cooperatives smallholders bring the ripe coffee cherries to a centralised washing station for processing. The fair-trade premiums earned by the cooperative have enabled significant investment in their communities.

Roasted to a light-medium level, the heirloom varieties of coffee exhibit distinct florals and fruitiness with reship and lemon tea flavours and a light body. Makes a delicious black filtered coffee.
