Instructions: Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large saucepan, over a medium heat. Add the popcorn kernels. Allow 50g per serving. Cover the pan with a well fitting lid, shake to coat the kernels in the oil. During Cooking: Cook until the popping stops. After cooking: Remove form the heat, then leave to stand for 30 seconds. All cooking appliances vary.
